Location: *Charlotte, NC* On-boarding: Immediate Client interview: Yes *Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant* To provide in-depth functional knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluate the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality. · About 8 years of experience in IT industry with about 5 years of experience in Dynamics CRM · Functional expertise of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. · Configure Dynamics CRM · Analyze and understand business problems · Model data and processes · Conduct workshops and training sessions. · Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing. · Familiar and experienced in: · Core application functionality · Implementation Methodology · Application technology stack · Industry Knowledge · Successful completion of applicable Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification exams. *Dynamics CRM Technical Architect* Possess strong technical knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application as well as knowledge of development technologies and environments. · About 7 years of experience in IT industry with about 4 years of experience in Dynamics CRM and related Microsoft technologies (.NET, c#, SQL, SSIS, SSRS) · Responsible for the design and development of modifications or extensions to the standard Microsoft Dynamics applications. · Responsible for design and development framework, review unit testing plans and execution. Creating supporting documentation for Microsoft Dynamics based Solutions. · Gains understanding of customer’s needs and collaborates with other consultants and support teams to complete design and testing documentation. Provides technical input in creating functional specifications when customizations or extensions to Microsoft Dynamics solutions are needed. · Experience in driving the effort to migrate the customers’ data sources into Microsoft’s sources, ensuring proper alignment of data models.
