*DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION*

Client is seeking Senior BSA having good SQL skills along with
understanding of HealthCare provider domain. This role requires close
partnership and collaboration with business and other stakeholders. Manage
customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication
process to keep others up to date on project results. Essential Job Duties
BSA should be able demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems
and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action
plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of
information and best practices.



*Required Qualifications:*



• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Norfolk, VA or be
willing to relocate to the area.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited
institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in
the specialty in lieu of every year of education • At least 7 years of
Information Technology experience

• At least  4 years of experience in Healthcare domain in *Provider
domain*


 • Atleast  *4 years of experience in SQL* • Work on complex query indexes,
index management, and statistics.

• Work on issues related to performance tuning and Optimization •
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

• Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of
normal business hours.

• Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating
project documentation;



managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining
daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks
and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer
and supplier relationships.
