*Role : *Data Analyst *Location : *Raleigh NC *Duration : *12 months *Interview : *Phone and Onsite *USC , GC, EAD-GC , TN only* *Job Description:* *Primary Responsibilities: * Serve as a Business and IT knowledge resource facilitating the delivery of capabilities and functionality to strategize solutions that support long term Business and IT objectives. • Facilitate meetings with vendors, business stakeholders and product management team and assist in the build out of project charters, current and future state business processes and workflows. • Analyze business needs, support requirements documentation, and translate into functional, non-functional, and/or technical specifications • Perform analysis and define data mapping models in support of service models and message schemas • Develop detailed source-to-target data mapping and data transformation rules • Define, use and communicate design patterns and best practices in service oriented analysis, design and development • Collaborate on the design with business partners and technical engineers and act as design team liaison throughout the engineering process. • Ensure IT deliverables align with business requirements with measurable results • Present design solution and timeline, facilitate conflict resolution and make solution, timeline adjustments accordingly. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance team to ensure testing efforts align with release schedule and provide support throughout the testing lifecycle to analyze issues, determine root cause, proactively research and apply knowledge to resolve the new issues • Develop strategies to improve development life cycle and governance processes *Requirements: * • Bachelor's degree required • 5 years experience in in *data modeling, informatics and analysis* • Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills • Experience in designing and developing Canonical Data Models (XML/JSON) as well as XSD transformations • Must have a strong understanding of ER, UML and XML Modeling Methodology • Experience with web service development and/or middleware technologies (SOAP, RESTful services, XML, Java, Message Broker) • Understanding of relational database principles, structures and design • Data Analysis using SQL, Excel and other related tools • *Data migration using various ETL tools such as SSIS or Scribe* • Report writing utilizing *SQL Reporting Services* • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills, including the ability to provide instruction, training, coaching and technical direction to others. • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions *Healthcare industry experience is needed* *Assets: * • Previous agile experience is a strong plus, scrum experience is preferred. • Experience with EDI formats (835/837, 270/271, etc.) • Ability to analyze data reside in disparate systems, and be able to map these using common glossary [image: VSGBS001] <http://www.vsgbusinesssolutions.com/> *U**mang **G**oswami* *TECHNICAL RECRUITER* *VSG** Business Solutions* *Email ID: **um...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com* <rak...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com> *Gmail ID: **umang....@gmail.com* <rak...@vsgbusinesssolutions.com> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
