Tech PM Technical Project Manager with roughly 7-10 years experience in engineering project management in fast-paced, cross-functional and complex environments Specifically, extensive experience as the single program manager leading medium to large projects from inception to deployment Advanced program management skills: ability to lead, plan, organize, anticipate road blocks, mitigate them and drive results Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable presenting to large groups and executives Strong understanding of the importance of controlling scope, schedule and costs in order to deliver effectively An excellent teammate with a positive attitude who establishes relationships quickly Knowledge of eCommerce publishing and / or retail online is a plus Collaborate with business Product Managers to ensure that there is a comprehensive BRD Create a timeline for and calendarize the requirements gap sessions Creation a functional design specification that will be provided to the applicable engineering teams Ensure that Accessibility requirements are addressed and included in the functional design spec Ensure that Security requirements are addressed and included in the functional design Plan and facilitate the project playback to all interested parties prior to the start of feature development Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable presenting to large groups and executives An excellent teammate with a positive attitude who establishes relationships quickly Knowledge of eCommerce publishing (PIM, CMS, DAM) and / or retail online is a plus Engineering Project Management responsible for Initiating planning executing monitoring and closing a number of concurrent engineering projects. Drive and ship all aspects of large cross-functional projects and feature areas for high volume iOS native eCommerce app (including Search) Oversee all aspects of multiple concurrent projects including scope requirements timelines and resource allocation. Analyze business requirements negotiate scope and define functional requirements. Manage communication apprising status and issues to team members management and other project stake holders.
