Hi,
I am an android developer, I am developing an application which can
receive live video from the streaming server/IP camera over RTSP/RTP
using mediaPlayer framework. Its working well but I am facing problem
with the latency, which is around 4-7 minutes in case of QVGA
(320x240) H.264 streams in local LAN.
So, is there any way I can minimize the latency? When I saw the DDMS
debug prints it shows that the media player buffers some amount of
video. Is it possible to minimize that buffering limit?
4-7 minutes of latency in case of local LAN is very high for my
application... :(
Thanks in advance...
