*VISA:*

*H4, CPT, TN, OPT EAD, and Green Card only.*

*No US Citizen.*


*Must have:*

*At least 1 year Sterling experience*

*Minimum 3 year’s of working experience in the USA.*


Role: Linux Administrator

Location: Alpharetta, GA


Length: 5 months, but contract will be renewed continuously for over 1 year

Start Date: ASAP


*Interview Process: *

1.   Phone screen with Vendor (15 minutes)

2.   Phone interview with client (technical)

3.   Zoom (video) or onsite interview with client


*Job Summary:*

Our client, a leader in integration and analytics, is looking for a Linux
Administrator.


The Linux Administrator will be *managing the patching, upgrading and
maintaining of Sterling applications and their related servers.*


*Responsibilities:*

·Linux/Application patching

·Security vulnerability remediation

·Server stand up/configuration for Process Improvements group

·MFT server/Application maintenance

·Documentation of existing/new server/application architecture


*Required Qualifications:*

·At least *1 year of IBM Sterling experience* (this is more at the
application installation and architecture level; we can possibly do some
training for this one on IBM Sterling)

·Working knowledge of Linux command line

·At least 4 years of experience with the following:

·Linux file system hierarchy

·Linux user/file permissions management

·Service management

·Resource monitoring (RAM, CPU, Disk Space)

·Networking architecture


*Nice-to-have Qualifications:*

·Experience with the following items:

·Server patching

·Vulnerability remediation

·VM setup and configuration

·Linux/VM network configuration

·Knowledge of best practice VM configurations.
