Hi, I have the same problem today.. Hope it's just temporarily overloaded by requests.. But maybe some changes from google and meanwhile they disabled the download.. I was able to download the preview from a new install. Apparently this bug(?) only affects existing installations of the SDK. Hopefully someone with some insight chimes in here.
