Paid apps have nothing to do with this. Your example refers to a time when paid market was not yet active for that nation/provider. This issue is different because in involves copy-protected apps (not paid on free ones) in some nations. So the big deal is when will Google and Samsung allow copy-protected apps to show up in the Market.. I'm a Galaxy user myself and bought it here in Germany from O2. All the apps, you mentioned above are accessible to me. Nothing gets excluded. You app doesn't appear on my Galaxy neither, but mine has his own bouygues's sim card in. The same goes for multiple other apps such as Deezer, Spark, 20 Minutes.fr and many others, i didn't make a list but there are some more. I really wonder why is that, btw on mine i got access to paid apps as well. You also must be in one of the authorizaed countries by gogle to purchase an App. That said, I have Samsung Galaxy at Bouygues Telecoms in France and I also have some problems with some applications which I cannot find (even with the QR Code).
