[android-developers] Re: Browser Porting for Android
If your only reason is because you can you'd be wasting your time, first of all, all apps on android are java based, mozilla and other browsers aren't java based. You'd be better off extending the existing browser, it's designed to be fast and light, mozilla is bloated and getting bigger and it's the last app I'd want to run on an embedded platform. Check out the bugs plaguing the browser and fix those would be a better use of your time to be honest. 2009/6/17 Chitra > I want to port any open source web browser other than that it > available with android. > > --~--~-~--~~~---~--~~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
