Some applications, like Skype click-to-call, interferes with the normal copy-paste in Eclipse. If you have this installed, or other recent installed apps, try to uninstall them. Copy the directory and not the project? Should be in your workspace, check the properties for where the projects are. On a second note, what are you trying to do? Also, please don't spam the list for something it is not meant to be used for.
