It may be present, but I would like to learn how to apply the same or similar effects to pictures myself. Once I have learnt it, I might be able to put in more creativity into it. Hi Farhan I guess, the application that you want to create is already present in the new android version 4.0 (ICS). this effect is known as live effects and this effect works for both still capture and video record.
