2009-08-27 Thread Al Sutton

Yes, you can get a precompiled version from
http://andappstore.com/AndroidApplications/sdk/
or follow the instructions at
http://android.git.kernel.org/?p=platform/development.git;a=blob;f=docs/howto_build_SDK.txt;h=4b6507d4a0bf0dfaed5e1660b858caf641e8eccd;hb=b3fb2a6ef1df3534dee5b1d09ab72d129d3697c7#l92

2009-08-26 Thread Balwinder Kaur (T-Mobile USA)

The correct forum for this would be Android Porting.
http://groups.google.com/group/android-porting

Also, building on Windows is not currently supported officially.
http://source.android.com/download

That being said, options are available like putting a virtualized
image of ubuntu on windows and going from there.
