I've been seeing a lot of errors with downloads from marketplace recently, don't have any more detailed info than that. I've had to tell users to delete the app, then install fresh. If the user is just trying to update the app, the download seems to get stuck - never starts, just sits there saying downloading. Although deleting the app and installing fresh seems to be a workaround, it's inconvenient because it wipes out local data you may have stored for the user. Now when I goto Market, my app is shown as found and when I click on it I get the Info Screen but it seems to already be in the download mode, i.e.. cancel download is the only option. I have had some troubles with market updates recently too. Wanted to update about 10 apps, 5 of them updated fine, 3 of them updated after several tries and 2 of them didn't even download after manual deletion, had to wait for a day and then it worked fine again. I haven't been able to download any apps today. Everything I try to download just stalls. I've tried all the typical stuff like: http://www.technipages.com/android-market-download-unsuccessful-error-fix.html. I even did a factory reset and reinstalled my rom. I haven't had any emails from users trying to download my app though. I'm baffled.
