Hi Lutz, When we talk of sending intents from Activity1 to Activity2 , Activity2 should have the intent filter with the intent with which it wants to be invoked. After getting invoked from activity1 , activity2 can further invoke another activity with intent data it wants. You can also use broacastreceivers to get such kind of functonality.
