The problems described were confirmed by reviewing the system logs associated with actual email systems being used. I'm willing to take a look at this issue. If you can provide any additional information about duplicating this issue (I do not see it in K-9), it would be most helpful. For example, if the IMAP server that you use is one that I can get an account on, or if you can provide specific emails that cause the problem, it would be most helpful.
