Ah, typical wipro employee...here's an idea: if you have no clue about IT, don't get a job in IT. Now, about the issue you mentioned above: apart from perhaps doing an IT degree whereby you learn how to learn, have a look for old javascript ripple effects and learn to port them to JAVA for Android. Also, please don't put any of your Apps on Android Market as there's already too much crap on there.
