CCE provides visible and active leadership to enable successful change across different technological and non-technological enterprise initiatives, with a focus on building new organizational competencies to enable well-managed workforce transitions. CCE team members are responsible for the successful execution of change management plans with an emphasis on accountability for outcomes. *PROJECT OVERVIEW* Cargill Animal Nutrition (CAN) is implementing Salesforce as its primary CRM application. *POSITION SUMMARY* The CCE Lead will create and execute a change management strategy and plan to enable end user adoption of both the mobile and web-based Salesforce application. This position works in partnership with the cross functional project team to ensure stakeholders’ needs are scoped properly at the beginning of the project and collaborates with key resources on the project team to incorporate stakeholder engagement needs into the holistic change management strategy. *ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (DAY-TO-DAY)* • Partner with cross functional subject matter experts to define a holistic change management strategy (including leadership alignment, stakeholder management, communications and training) to enable stakeholders to adopt the salesforce application. • Identify end user communications and learning needs to support the adoption of Salesforce. • Develop stakeholder engagement, communications and training materials to facilitate alignment and end user adoption of Salesforce. • Build and maintain a CCE work plan • Work with assigned business and leadership teams to ensure alignment to holistic change management strategy and plan. • Identify barriers and challenges for successful CCE work, determine alternatives, make recommendations and implement the approved recommendation. • Identify variances from the plan, determine alternatives for approval and implement the approved recommendation. *Qualifications* REQUIRED EDUCATION & SKILLS SALESFORCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Bachelor’s Degree • 6-8 years’ experience working on large scale change projects including change, communications and education activities • Salesforce implementation experience • Proven ability to influence at all levels within an organization • Strong written communication skills • Ability to develop a strategic communications plan and key messaging • Ability to frame the change message and facilitate discussion with stakeholders • Drive for outcomes and results while staying aligned with the big picture • Demonstrated ability to be successful in ambiguous environments • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships • Demonstrated ability to make connections from differing sources and synthesize information OTHER PREFERRED SKILLS (TO DIFFERENTIATE CANDIDATE) • Communications, change management and education experience • Finance experience • Experience working in a complex, global environment • Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications or related field *Regards,* *Rajesh Kumar* *Sr. Technical Recruiter* *TEK Inspirations LLC* Cowboys PKWY, #3074, Irving, TX 75063 E: raj...@tekinspirations.com <s...@tekinspirations.com> W: www.tekinspirations.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
