[android-developers] Video Capturing in Emulator
I am trying to capture the video on Emulator with 1.5 SDK using an Creative webcam on Ubuntu 9.04. I am using the sample code CameraPreview.java. I am not able to interface the camera and not able to see anything on the preview screen. It just shows some black and white boxes like a screen saver. Hi, Is video capturing currently supported in the latest SDK? The sequence diagram from the class description of MediaRecorder (http:// developer.android.com/reference/android/media/MediaRecorder.html) made me believe it's possible, however, it seems that the video related methods are not supported yet. Or perhaps, I've been looking at the wrong documentation? If this is the case, could you point me to the right resource please?
