In the android Launcher app, Workspace.java accesses the mScrollX member variable.

Eclipse is marking it as unresolved(). Why is it that Launcher's codebase can access it whereas custom subclasses cannot ? And what can I do to set the mScrollX with the Scroller's current X position ?
