Job description :
. Min. 6-9 years of experience in SAP EH with at least one
implementation experience
. Gather business requirements and design and develop SAP EHS
module
. Responsible for all aspects of the system implementation
including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future
state solution, the development
  objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting
testing and post implementation activities
. This role will participate in ERP global projects responsible
for any or all aspects of the SAP ECC 6.0 / S4 HANA System Development Life
Cycle from conceptual phase through implementation.
  The business analyst will be part of a team that supports
post-implementation and ensures global SLAs are achieved
.Responsible for Product Safety, Dangerous Goods, REACH,
Industrial Hyg, Occupational Health, Global Label Management, Waste
Management projects implementation and business process enhancements.
. Ensure that EHS issues are handled end-to-end in terms of
integration with other SAP modules
. Maintain EHS configurations
. Develop functional specifications for enhancements, user exits
and other programming changes. Work with the ABAP development team on
enhancement efforts
. Support and perform testing on global SAP changes that affect
EHS processes.
. Analyze and evaluate requirements for systems solutions that
improve business processes and increase productivity
. Participate as an active hands-on team member in special
projects such as SAP upgrades, SAP EHS process optimization
. Liaise with cross-functional project teams - across
geographies
. Ensure effective and clear communications between
users/customers and IT teams
. Ensure compliance with Change Control procedures for on-going
changes/enhancements/projects
. Maintain Document Repository for business and IT processes
. Maintain operational procedures around supported environments.
. Plan and conduct knowledge transfer with project teams
including end-customers
. On-call support for emergency outages. Drive support
optimization and reduce repeat tickets

. Work closely with Business Services to understand & fulfill
business requirements

SUMMARY: Responsible for monitoring the integrity and organizing the Bank’s
primary sources of data; including customer transactional data from the
Core platform, General Ledger, and third-party applications. Utilize
resources to generate opportunities for valuable data mining and manage the
dissemination of data through Business Intelligence reporting tools to the
end user. The successful manager will learn core business processes and
develop all people, processes, and technology components required to
support a best-in-class program with consistent delivery.



Job Responsibilities:

Implement a system to identify and prioritize requests for data and for
financial and statistical reporting to meet the needs of Senior Management
and the Board of Directors.

   - Meet with departments to assess their needs and assign preliminary
   priorities.
   - Review priorities and business justifications with the CEO and COO and
   the Bank’s Steering Committee.
   - Evaluate and recommend any internal or external resources (vendors,
   SMEs, consultants, etc. required to complete data/reporting projects).
   - Manage, define and support production operational processes based on
   ETL data loads tools, performance monitoring, security access,
   troubleshooting, operational issues/processes, and implementations.
   - Create project plans with timelines, resource allocations, and user
   responsibilities. Assist in the testing process as needed.
   - Communicate the status of data/reporting requests regularly with the
   COO and the Department Heads.
   - Database Integrity: Monitor the periodic updating of the database to
   ensure that management reports are generated from timely and accurate data
   sources. Assist Bank staff to resolve any data accuracy issues. Assist the
   Bank’s Information Security Officer to ensure data security policy is
   adhered to and in compliance with all laws and regulations. Adhere to data
   governance standards and IT standards policy
   - Responsible for all change control, system compliance, and system
   audit reviews.
   - Reports Delivery: Work with Fiserv and other vendors to streamline the
   delivery of reports to users’ desktops (and if needed mobile devices).
   Coordinate any custom programming required to facilitate the implementation
   of the Bank’s Data Query/BI reporting applications.
   - Supervision: Perform the usual and customary supervisory functions for
   any staff assigned to the Business Intelligence Manager.
   - Data Team: Create and manage the Bank’s Business Intelligence Team
   (BIT);
   - Form a BI Team from individuals that possess (or can acquire) the
   requisite database query and reporting skills to cover all areas (business
   lines, frontline, and back office) to assist in report creation.
   - Mentor and train staff in the use of the Bank’s Data Query and BI
   tools. Supplement with internal and external training courses.
   - Meet regularly to discuss the status of projects, share reporting
   techniques and innovative ways to create and deliver management information



Other Duties:

   - Ad hoc reporting; perform or assign custom data inquiries as needed to
   support business decision-making and meet the needs of Sr. Management.
   - Reporting Needs Assessment; survey Sr. Management periodically
   assesses future data/reporting needs and the accuracy of the current
   reporting tools compared with their needs.
   - Perform other job-related duties as required utilizing personal
   expertise as well as the expertise of the BIT to meet the objectives of the
   Bank.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:



   - 7+ years of total experience within MIS, Analytics, and/or Business
   Intelligence / Data Architect and Warehouse concepts and principles with a
   focus on Banking or Financial Services;
   - Experience in supporting BI Production support processes specifically
   ETL data loads;
   - A bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related area is
   required. Master’s degree preferred;
   - Familiarity with banking, financial concepts, financial data, and
   market data;
   - Experience supporting Loan Origination, CRM, Digital Banking, and
   Servicing Operations preferred;
   - Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic business consultant with
   proven ability to manage high-profile data initiatives with senior
   leadership visibility: vision to strategy to execution;
   - Experience in enterprise-level program management, with a history of
