*Job Description*

Access Management Senior Solutions Engineer will be responsible for
designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity and access
management solutions using Ping One, Ping Davinci, Ping Access and
integrating with Azure AD, Okta, Radiant logic and other technologies. The
ideal candidate will also have automation experience and be able to
streamline and automate identity management processes. They will be
expected to help lead and implement a full ping migration effort as a
subject matter expert and should have relevant experience implementing Ping
Identity at scale.



*Requirements:*

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in identity and access management, with
at least 3 years of experience as a technology Lead of IDP and IAM related
projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables are
completed on time and to specification.

• In-depth knowledge of Okta, Ping, Azure AD, OAuth, OIDC, SAML,
Header-based authentication, SiteMinder (if available), LDAP, SCIM,
e-directory and other relevant technologies.

• Strong background in Ping One and experience with Ping DaVinci

• Experience with automation tools and technologies.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of security standards and policies such as SOC2, HIPAA, and
GDPR.

• Ping, and Azure certifications preferred

   - Must have experience with managing Machine Learning Projects
   - 5+ years Engineering Project Management expertise, delivering software
   and services through a full project lifecycle in multi team environment.
   - Ability to track the software requirements to completion in Software
   Maintenance as well as new feature Development.
   - Experience with creating & tracking the software delivery schedules
   while co-ordinating with multiple stakeholders.
   - Great Organization skills to track the progress of items directly with
   the Development teams and diving to resolve any bottlenecks.
   - Attention to details to share the project progress and proven ability
   to identify challenges ahead of the time.
   - Experience managing projects using Agile software development.
   - Strong understanding of and experience in managing complex,
   multi-functional software projects
   - Strong technical understanding of operating systems and how the
   various layers in the software stack fit together.
   - Adept at creative and critical thinking, able to deconstruct problems,
   resolve conflicts and lead the teams to solutions.
   - Self motivated with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a
   technical orientation.
   - Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and
   distill meaningful information to the right audience.
   - Excellent spoken and written communication with the ability to tailor
   communication style to multiple audiences
   - Proven track record in defining processes and executing on them

   - 4-5 years SFMC marketing cloud experience
   - SFMC certifications preferred but not mandatory.
   - Extensive experience with Email Studio
   - Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder,
   Contact Builder, Content Builder, Data Extension, cloud pages, Reporting.
   - Experience with SQL Query
   - Experience with AMPScript
   - Experience with Mobile Studio
   - 2-5 years writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
   - 2 years coding and deploying emails using HTML, CSS in Salesforce
   Marketing Cloud.
   - Strong email responsive coding in a text editor with knowledge of
   common email rendering issues/hacks
   - Understands how data is used to target, segment, and personalize
   campaigns
   - Experience with SQL and Excel
   - Attention to detail and good follow-through
   - Excellent written and verbal skills are necessary
   - Strong problem-solving skills required
