Apart from the fact that you should use 'modprobe' instead of 'insmod',
are /sbin and /usr/bin in your PATH?

[Angstrom-devel] [PATCH] Ångström feed bui lder: Add Enna media center application.

2010-04-08 Thread Paul Menzel

Signed-off-by: Paul Menzel paulepan...@users.sourceforge.net
---
It would be great, if you added Enna, so that it is easy for people to test. I
hope, that the dependencies will be pulled in automatically.

Is Angstrom-devel the correct list for such patches?

Indeed there was no /sbin in the $PATH.
Tremendous gratitude for you help.
I should have got it myself, but became a bit dense at the end of the day.
Thanks,Andrew

[Angstrom-devel] collie narcissus build udev or kernel?

2010-04-08 Thread Felipe Navarrete
For a collie narcissus build should I use udev or kernel?

I tried udev and the cursor stopped at:

hwclock: cant open /dev/misc/rtc
then I was able to type on the screen but no commands
worked and then it froze!
