That is really weird, it looks like it didn't try to build the dependencies.
What kind of filesystem are you using[1]?

[1] strangely enough, that matters, some filesystems do weird stuff with
timestamps on files and confuse bitbake

Now running task 649 of 4769. Obviously something (LVM?) on the Debian box was confusing it. I can get on with things for now.
