I actually used Dossy's idea of scheduling as it seemed the easiest to do - just sticking:


ns_schedule_daily 12 00 { ns_accesslog roll }


into the ecommerce init seems to do the trick. Now I just have to hope that the server doesn't implode under the load :-)

You could try Mayoff's dqd_log with multilog: 

  http://dqd.com/~mayoff/aolserver/#dqd_log

Dossy's suggestion to write a custom scheduled proc may be simpler,
though.
