It's not like IRC is a high-bandwidth service... We have an IRC server running on our Free Software and Linux Club server, at fslc.usu.edu. Our site runs on AOLserver, and we would gladly host a #aolserver channel there. We don't reject anyone :) We have 2 IRC servers hooked up together: irc.otak.com and fslc.usu.edu. -Roberto -- +| Roberto Mello - http://www.brasileiro.net |+ Computer Science, Utah State University -http://www.usu.edu USU Free Software & GNU/Linux Club -http://fslc.usu.edu Space Dynamics Lab, Developer-http://www.sdl.usu.edu OpenACS - Enterprise free web toolkit-http://openacs.org I'm a programmer, I don't do COBOL.

Unfortunately, most of these IRC servers immediately reject people coming in from .aol.com domains. The openprojects.net server seems to do this as well. I guess IRC is not an option, then, since many of our developers are in .aol.com. Kris -- Kriston Rehberg mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] AOL Technology Development
