Re: [AOLSERVER] Netcraft numbers out.
I'd really like to take credit for this: I have no doubt it's one linux box, my nsvhr patches, and a script submitting sites to netcraft's what's that site running? Not. On the otherhand, the latest smutcraft.net survey still shows AOLserver at #18, with just one p0rn site reporting AOLserver use (3.2 ad12) and one reporting Naviserver 2.0 use, out of about 2000 sites surveyed. I think it is _significant_ as well. AOLserver seems to scale well in all directions: serving the highest traffic websites, or virtual serving hundreds of thousands of domains in a very efficient way from one AOLserver. --Tom Jackson

There was a good .uk showing, and a handful of .am and .ru sites. To see where AOLserver _was_, all one must do is look down the list to the NaviServer entry.at a super 3.5K. - -- Lamar Owen WGCR Internet Radio 1 Peter 4:11 -BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE- Version: GnuPG v1.0.4 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE7GBe95kGGI8vV9eERApbtAJ9LkcA0o1IJOFdTeOf4HHa0jk39tQCfdEUC TqsI3IcTsTM3byVpLe3noXg= =sVZR -END PGP SIGNATURE-
