The best way is to go into the #apertium channel in IRC
You can look at Apertium's wiki for more details.

69,000+ words in Apertium's dix format is really great! Few languages have
so many. Would they free the resource?

Hi, I am working on pairing Konkani - Marathi languages for GSoC. I can
work with the Marathi language corpus available on apertium's source. For
Konkani, I have a linguistics PhD fellow at my university who has built a
dictionary (in Apertium's .dix format) of 69,000+ words and who is willing
to give it to help me. I have bootstrapped the kon-mar language pair, but I
need help with how to go ahead with it. When I
lt-proc a mode or run apertium -d . xxx-yyy, it goes into loop (doesn't
output anything). How do I access logs?
