[arch-dev-public] Bumping Linux 4.2 in [core]

Hi all,

Given that we are still brewing Linux 4.3 in [testing], is anyone
against the good old manual signoff procedure to put 4.2.8 in [core]? It
has been EOL'ed recently so I don't think it will bring us more harm
than 4.2.5 does.
