Feel free to take it of my hands or co-maintain it.

Any objections to move it to [extra]?

I don't mind it being moved to [extra], but I use it still, so I'm willing to
help
maintain it. Is Ronald still active?

[arch-dev-public] moving dhcpcd to [extra]?

2020-04-22 Thread Antonio Rojas via arch-dev-public
Is there any reason to keep dhcpcd in [core]? It's only an optional
dependency of netctl in [core], it currently lacks an active maintainer, it
doesn't seem to be much used (given the slow pace of signoffs), and there's
already a basic dhcp tool in [core] (networkd).

Any objections to move it to [extra]?

Hello,

It's time for the semi-yearly package cleanup of [community] packages, as
is tradition.

I have gathered a list of "unneeded orphans" in [community] (packages that
currently has no maintainer, and no other package depends on them) from the
excellent list on our web page.

Hi Alexander,
What's the status of this? It's been almost two months. If you don't have
time currently, I can go ahead and drop the remaining packages to AUR.
