It still links to non-existing ftp images (they are netinstall now)
I think we also restructured the entire page. not sure..

there were more changes then just the version. (eg ftp -> netinstall and such)
to be sure it's probably easiest to find a mirrored copy.
however http://74.125.77.132/search?q=cache:http://www.archlinux.org/download/ 
is too up to date.
and http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://archlinux.org/download doesn't have 
enough versions :(

It was likely done in place and never commited. I made the change and
