Fix is in commit 94a335dba34ff47cad3d6d0c29b452d43a1be3c8, not 
f8ee0e2e9db4d11d3b6593d9e2fba464caa0ff0c.
It's not made it into 3.10.3, and as far as I know, not into 3.10.4 either 
(judging by this: 
https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v3.x/ChangeLog-3.10.4).

(In any case, I downgraded from 3.10.3, that's where I encountered the issue, 
so it's definitely not fixed there).
