I don't care whether it stays in the repos or disappears from them.

However, it's not true that it's gone.

It's probably a kind of Streisand effect that countless git clones are
available around the Internet and people like me, who never heard before
from yuzu are now aware that it does exist.

It looks more like one of the Hydra's heads has been cut off and two new
ones have grown back.

It seems that a concern has backfired badly.

as most of you have heard the yuzu has been shutdown by nintendo[1] and the
github page removed[2] therefore the package needs to be considered for
removal from the official repos as there will be no more updates and the
package links to the github will be broken in a matter of time

coördination place and the core team is crucial for any activity. Their 
removal is often a deadly blow, but not assuring elimination. So there 
is no need to hasten decisions. They’re going to be taken, when the time
