[ARIE-L] Ariel Patron E-Delivery

Greetings,  Since it's been quite a while since we tried implementing
the patron e-delivery from Ariel for our borrowing patrons I was
wondering how this process has been working for people.  I would like to
be able to deliver files directly from the Ariel Received Queue  to the
patron's desktop and I believe in the past we always had trouble with
large files not being able to go through.

 

Could you guys let me know what's been working best for those of you
that use either Clio or just plain Ariel for patron delivery-I'm not
sure how ILLiad affects the e-delivery for items coming through Ariel
and we don't have ILLiad.  We use Ariel 4.1.1  ~ Thanks!

[ARIE-L] MVC Ariel unavailable

Hello Ariel list,

 

MVC is in the midst of upgrading our Ariel server.  In the meantime, we
will not be able to send or receive on Ariel.  We will use our Odyssey
and deliver to email as much as possible.  So if you usually send to us
using Ariel, please email to i...@maryville.edu.  Hopefully we will be
back up and running in a few days.  I will contact the list again when
Ariel is back up.

The IP address of the Ariel machine at Northwest Nazarene University (N#Z) has 
changed.  We have updated constant data.  
 
Old IP: 199.104.0.178
 
New IP: 192.168.136.19
 
Please update as appropriate.
