Hi all, I think I have found the root of the problem- Ariel cannot work with the new Adobe (9.0). Any pdfs from older versions work fine, pdfs made with Adobe 9.0 don't work. Here is a picture of the error message, which reads File could not be converted to TIFF format. Err #-9. [cid:image001.png@01CAF692.49E67AA0] Any ideas? We have a workaround but, like Roberto, would prefer that things work normally. We were having this problem here, too. Our IT department came and looked at it and it was a problem with our email server here at the school. They had to set up a separate ar...@nesl.edu email account, with administrative privaledges, as a work-around. It is now working but we can only deliver to nesl.edu email accounts. Even IT can't seem to figure out whyand yes, Ariel customer support was of no help at all. I'd love to hear if anyone else has any ideas! Before we weren't able to send anything through Ariel, now we can send 1, maybe 2 a day, and the rest we have to do manually. Infotrieve/Ariel customer support has not been able to help us, and our IT department is working on it, but with no real success. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
