We have had a rash of 'not received' as well...just cannot figure it out.
We are 4.1..so, in theory should be able to receive from 3.4. The Patron
Delivery feature is great..just wish more people would use it when FTP does
not work...

Well, I had TBC (a 3.4 site) send a couple test docs via Ariel and they
came through fine, so there goes that theory. J

Are Ariel 3.4 4.1 incompatible? I have been trying to track down a
pattern in our “Not Rec’d” articles and I believe it is primarily due to
3.4 libraries attempting to transmit to us - a 4.1 site.
