hey hi.. i always thought the 'AR' in AR Rahman stands for 'Allah Rakha'..however someone just told me that it stands for 'Arulmigu Retnam'.. do any of u guys know what it stands for?..it could either be one or the other; or it could both mean the same thing; or else each one of them may be referring to 2 different persons..i don't know.. hi..'k, i'm one of those many many silent members of the group..i've been a member 4 not so long but not 4 so short a time either,hehe...but a fan of ar rahman ever since i heard 'chinna chinna aasai'.. well, i have been listening to rdb..and i dun like it...wait wait...dun kill me..i didn't say it's 'rubbish', it's 'foolish' or anything...just said i dun like it..simple...n i really dun think u should jump on anyone saying he/she doesn't like a particular song...just becoz it's one of ar rahman's..vats just a matter of taste..but here's the thing..true, i dun like the songs of rdb...but ar rahman managed 2 make me do wat he has always been able to make me do..cry..n wiv just 1 song...i luv Lukka Chupi..n 4 ur info, i dun believe success of songs depends on whether they hit the charts or not...vats rubbish..consider a song to b a huge success if it does vat little something 2 u...so if u have just fallen in love wiv rdb music, then enjoy..if not, nevermind, go back 2 ur old sweethearts like Roja or Taal, n wait 4 the next one, might b ur taste next time...or, if like me, only 1 song has touched ur soul...then go drown urself in it.. wud just like 2 add somfing..even though i dun really like rdb, i strongly think rdb music is really rahmanish..the music just screams 'Rahman'..yeps..fresh, daring n new..it's just vat i'm not someone who likes change, vats all.. -n* Yahoo!
