Fox has announced that Danny Boyle's next movie 127 hours is all set to release
on Nov 5.

I was wondering if any news is out on who is the composer?

The sites below mention Rahman as the composer :

[Early Test Screening Reviews] Danny Boyle’s ’127 Hours’

One of our readers was lucky enough to attend the very first test screening
for Danny Boyle‘sSlumdog Millionaire follow-up, 127 Hours. The film tells the
story of Aron Ralston (James Franco), the mountain climber who had to amputate
his own arm with a dull knife after a 2003 hiking accident. Check out their
reaction below.
Todd McCarthy wrote of the Coen brothers A Serious Man, “This is the kind of
movie you get to make after you’ve won an Oscar.” The same can be said of Danny
Boyle’s latest, 127 Hours. In telling the true story of a climber who is forced
to amputate his arm after being trapped for five days, Boyle and James
Franco certainly do a lot with a little. The cinematography by Boyle
regular Anthony Dod Mantle and Enrique Chediak is beautiful and inventive. The
score bySlumdog Millionaire composer A.R Rahman is strong »
