Completely baseless speculation. Originally published by a Tamil daily reputed for such trash and was picked up by a couple of other websites. An official statement by Mr. Santosh Datta, commissioner of income tax, in the following week, said that only Rs. 1.5 crores was unearthed from all the 20 people investigated and he declined to give any individual details.
