wondering, as to how come this is all of a sudden project. !!

Vithur,I mentioned about this earlier. It came in Anandha Vikatan.  
There is an interview by actress shilpa shetty in anandha vikatan latest
issue.. in that she says that she is acting in a chinese film named
Desire that has music by ARR.   Did anyone know abt this project?
