You can listen to an hour of non-stop Rahman interludes and guess over 80% of them right. 25. You eagerly wait for each and every Rahman release, you set very high expectations for each album, a day after the release you will bash the album as below-average, a few months later you will hail the same album as a masterpiece and one of your personal favorites. 26. You suffer from this rare condition where... you wake up from your sleep, humming or singing a Rahman tune, involuntarily. You appreciate good music, regardless of who it comes from. 3. You can go on for hours talking about Rahman when someone makes a mistake of asking you about your favorite music. 4. You are never content and are always hungry and thirsty for more from Rahman. 5. You have had many euphoric moments in your life.. connected with Rahman's music. 6. You have thought of it many a times and tried to come up with a plan of what you would do? How would you react? when you actually meet Rahman. 19. You can find the challenging task of solving a complex problem rather easy compared to the daunting and difficult task of coming up with your absolute top-10 Rahman favorites. 20. Any criticism of Rahman is hard for you to digest, because most of the time it comes from people that haven't heard enough of Rahman and yet have no problem talking about him. 21. Your blood pressure tends to rise when an average listener sings praises for other MDs(especially Anu Malik, Harris J, and the more recent and annoying Himesh). 22. When it comes to R.D. [arr] RAHMANIAC - the unique word
cant control to share this with u all.. i was thinking about the word RAHMANIAC today afternoon..there were/are many fans around the globe for many music composers/ music directors/ artists/ actors etc.. but, till now i wonder what they call/claim them as.. they can be as plain as sharukh fan, rajni fan, trisha fan :p, MJ fan, beatles crazybees etc.. but, to my knowledge i believe that there is now only ONE word that just describes the power of the fan and also whom it is been affiliated to.. what's that word?? its *RAHMANIAC*.. if someone claims he/she as a rahmaniac then this honorable word implies that he/she is a maniac for the musical genius A R Rahman. just wanted to make sure what maniac really means.. so, i quickly checked the dictionary and got two meanings, one on the -ve side and the other on the +ve side.. 1. An insane person 2. A person who has an obsession with or excessive enthusiasm for something obviously, v r dealing with the meaning as explained in the point 2. ya i know, some may disagree with the usage of the word obsession.. ok, keeping this apart, this is where m getting at: the word rahmaniac adds glory if anyone claims them as a rahmaniac, from the bottom of the heart. m not going to ask everyone to reply to say if you are rahmaniac or not; or create polls to see how many people have votes.. but, m going to suggest something real easy.. here it goes.. if you are a rahmaniac, and if you beleive it from the bottom of the heart, just whisper m a rahmaniac or long live Rahman sir... this wud b a easy and noble way to pay a minor tribute to the musical genius who has been enthralling us for years with spellbounding songs. *PROUD TO BE A RAHMANIAC*
