Right chord! Apart from what u have mentioned about Dil Se, I also 
like the strong Delhi/'Ethnic Indian' flavour of the album. You can 
also find such flavours in his Vande Mataram, Earth,One 2 ka Four, 
Swades etc. These albums reflects the rustic flavour of Delhi region 
which is first impression about India :) .  Only genius like Rahman 
who born and brought up in chennai can think about such different 
regional tastes...

you guys are 100% rightDil Se...is really something...in hindi it
might be the number#1 album...in tamil there are many rahman's best
albumsbut i agree it is his one of the bestit is never gets
aged, because arr always says his music comes from his heart. that's
why it's has the power.
