LAUNCHcast A comprehensive website with latest news/releasesFM stations in indiaAffiliate or establish a merchandise online store (one for India and one for USA/Europe/other) Pricing:The products should have a relatively low price compared to other brands Should be affordable by everyone !Should take into consideration the new formats that will be implemented in the audio industry (5.1 channel audio!?...not sure about this) Best would be iTunes :-) 0.99 $ a song !I am planning to establish a merchandize store on Y! Pricing Take into consideration that: Most of the fans are young and students. In simple words: They don't earn. More and more such young and students are turning die-hard fans. MP3s and other free modes of music are accessible easily. Still: A fan should feel that he's paying the justifiable amount. Should be worthy. These all are rough ideas.
