You can use windows media player and rip the cd to a wma file in to your 
computer and then try converting the wma to mp3 using a converter.

I have bought 'Sivji' Audio CD..Though A Non-Tamilian..I am fond of 
Rahman's Tamil Compositions..I cannot copy Sivaji songs from Origional
CD to my computer..I need Sivaji Songs for my MP3 player..
so plz provide me link..
