Re: [arr] What is the meaning of "Panchathan" ?

2009-02-11 Thread Moin Ul Haque
Panjatan (Panchatan) is very much holy over here.As usually its said as
Panch(five) Panjatan.
These are the 5 holy and much prominent figures in Islam (with reference to
Shia Islam).

Hazrat Prophet Mohammed [SAW]
Hazrat Bibi Syeda Fatima [R.A] (Prophet's (SAW) Daughter, wife of Hazrat Ali
[R.A] and mother of Imam Hasan [R.A]. and Imam Hussein [R.A])
Hazrat Ali [R.A] (Prophet's (SAW) cousin brother and his son-in-law, husband
of Bibi Syeda Fatima [R.A] and father of Imam Hasan [R.A] and Imam Hussein
[R.A] )
Imam Hasan [R.A] (Grandson of Prophet (SAW) and elder son of Hazrat Ali
[R.A.] and Bibi Syeda Fatima [R.A] )
Imam Hussein [R.A] (Grandson of Prophet (SAW) and youngest son of Hazrat
Ali [R.A.] and Bibi Syeda Fatima [R.A] and younger brother to Imam Hasan
[R.A]. who was as martyr in the battle at Karbala and in whose rememberance
the 10th Day of Moharram is celebrated as Martyr's Day)

Hope this makes sense in ARR's thoughts of spirituality and this seems to be
the name given by his spiritual teacher Arif Malik (AM),
This is according to me what i take Panchatan as, which makes more sense.

Thanks
Regards

Hi,

Panchaboothas are converted into Panchathan Mathra while it is mixing
with emptyspace according to the nature law.
Like the following.

Land -- Taste
Water -- Smell
Fire -- Light
Air -- Sound
Star -- Feel

This is the universal truth as my knowledge.

Thanks & Regards

Re: [arr] What is the meaning of "Panchathan" ?

2009-02-11 Thread Vithur
I think it stands for the Pancha Pranas ( The 5 Vital Elements )

Prana, Apana, Vyana, Udana and Samana.

All the 5 Vital Forces are within us, and AR's music emanates and simulates
into these 5 Vital Aspects of Man.
