my feeling is that rising contains simple but catchy tunes which might just strike a chord with masses in contrast to the complex tunes of meenaxi or Bose which were critically appreciated but unfortunately were not commercial hits....but in "the rising" i took an instant linking to " al madath maula" especially our boss singing "MAULA......" in high pitch...and the song is brilliantly complemented by a base synthesizer sound in the background.....it's awesome....similarly main vari vari has an instantly likeable and simple tune.....no complex arrangements.....also with a base synthesizer sound.....hopefully the songs will catch on soon....
