I agree with HARI's points. Even if Rahman is not directly involved in the
event organisation, being a person on whose name the entire event is staged, he
should be made aware of the feedback of the audience / fans. And if the
situation is beyond his control, I guess, he should not continue with the
present setup and go solo.

To be honest, the audience / fans come to listen / see ARR and ARR alone.
atleast that's what I and my family did in the Pune concert. If Rahman decides
to do simple 1-2 hour impromptu unplugged sessions with chosen few artists and
a simple orchestra, no fireworks, no dancing puppets and songs which he and he
alone wants to perform, I think that programme will be a stupendous success and
will not be a logistical nightmare for any event organiser.

And who can know the true worth of GURUJI than his own disciples, the
rahmaniacs ? So if Rahman starts a new trend of organising shows with local
band or artists / musicians from his fan group, I would wholeheartedly support
such a venture. This group has huge talent pool of musicians / singers / sound
engineers / remix specialists amongst us, why do we require outsiders ?

I am used to the substandard level of service that is offered in India. Any
kind of service. We don't have proper facilities anywhere in this country to
hold an event together for any number more than twenty thousand people. For
example Internation Cricket matches played in India. Have you been to any? No
stadium in India can boast of a descent parking facility for ten thousand
cars(now if you have a stadium for 50K people you would need it right?). TO
be able to park conviniently and to take it of and leave easily itself is not
possible. Let alone expect reserved seating, hygienic and versatile top of
the line snacks and toilet facilities. All this for the richest cricketing
 body in the world.

Vijay, is that a hint at what we might have in the future?! ;)
P.S: We want to see Rahman at the Wembley stadium again! Please- I don't care
if it's a hopeless concert in terms of organising. I just want to see Rahman,
the Oscar winner  perform for us.
