Hello All, First thing is that the "Infrastructure Change Approver" role is only necessary in case of "Group Approval". If you are using "Individual" approvers then "Infrastructure Change Approver" role is not required. But still it will not affect the Approval process.
One more thing is that you will not be able to change the status of previous Change tickets having this problem. You need to create another test tickets to check this. Also if you are using your own "Approval Process Definitions" (i.e. Other than Global) then you need to check that definitions. For more information you can use "Approval Server Guide for Users and Administrators".
