What do you observe in log when you send an plain text mail, html mail from
Outlook.
Can you check with the content type in debug email logs. when sending an
email to incoming configured email.

($TIME$ - 0) > (14*3600)

It was the "- 0" that allowed the stuff to happen.

If you use TIMESTAMP wouldn’t you  need to do a calc to remove the date portion.

Yes … If you do some math on the Date or time it converts the value to a number 
and you can work with it

If you work with $TIMESTAMP$ you have to remove the date   (The % is the MOD 
operator so this removes the date and leaves only the seconds past midnight)
   ((($TIMESTAMP$ - "1/1/70") % 86400) >= (16 * 3600))

Siebel? Or is it Siebel attempting to consume Remedy’s WS?

Or is it Siebel attempting to consume Remedy's WS?

 

I have not worked with Siebel specifically but have used WS's with other
technologies so might able to help you but need to know exactly what you are
trying to attempt.

+ Planning/Assistance during migration from Remedy 7.6.04 to 9.
+ Dynamic customer-driven form/workflow/reporting development.
+ .NET Services development.
