MYIT 2.5 Patch 001 Request Notes Missing

2015-09-19 Thread BradRemedy
Hi

We are running MYIT 2.5 patch 001 and I have used the on boarding tool to
successfully copy the data from ITSM into the mongodb which worked
perfectly.

Looking at the various Service Request's tickets in the MYIT universal
client or mobile app, I noticed that none of the calls that have been
logged are showing the Notes field (details) in MYIT.

The data is in the SRM form and if I look on the MYIT:Service_Request form
I can see the records and they have the Notes field filled in.

Does anyone know how I can get the notes field for logged service requests
to display in MYIT when the user clicks on "Request Details" ?

Thanks

Brad

Re: MYIT 2.5 App Zone Error - How to Disable Application Zone

2015-09-19 Thread BradRemedy
Hi John

Many thanks for the reply.I have updated the SQL table and set the 4 fields
to NULL which made the logging into the MYIT application alot faster and
also removed the error message from the log files.

I will also look at commenting out line 73 of the index tomorrow at work
especially if that will improve the login times even more.

Thanks again

Cheers
Brad

Re: Time Zone for UTC

2015-09-19 Thread Charles Baldi
Remedy should have a timezone for GMT or "Greenwich Mean Time" that is the
reference we need without all the fiddling around we have to do now.
Sheesh. Please fix this BMC, you are 20 years behind everybody.
