Stop running this script? - Web Remedy Issue

Hi All,



We have a button action in one of our customized form.

When we click the button action a set of active links fired and performs
Push field and Set field actions.



When we tried performing the action through thick client and we didn't find
any issue, the active links fires and the results are as expected.



When we tried performing the action through thin client and we are getting
the below message from browser.

Can you please help me out on this.

I've experienced this message mostly when a huge amount of data is transferred
back to the client, e.g.
20k data sets in HPD:Help Desk...
Each data set runs through the AL logic. What is behind this button? refresh
table field?
open form and show results? Ho much data do you expect should be transferred?
 
The "thick" client - or native client user tool, I assume you have 7.6 or lower
- processed ALs and
data differently than a web browser.
 
So one possible point could be try narrowing down the search that is (possibly)
run by the button.

Hi Karthick,

what exacly do these ALs And Filters do? It sounds like a lot. You might
want post the log here.
